Payment & Security
Last updated: September 15, 2026
Naldexa™ is committed to providing a clear and secure checkout experience when you purchase beauty devices through naldexa.com. This page explains how payments are processed, what information may be required, and how you can help protect your transaction.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability may vary according to your location, billing currency, device, order value, and the services supported by our payment providers.
Do not send cash, checks, money orders, bank credentials, or complete payment-card details to our customer support email. Payment must be completed through the secure checkout options displayed on naldexa.com.
2. Secure Checkout
Information submitted during checkout is transmitted through an encrypted connection. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers that maintain their own security controls and process transaction information under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
Depending on your payment method, your bank or payment provider may require an additional identity check, verification code, or other authentication step before approving the transaction.
3. Payment Information
Your payment provider may collect information such as your card number, expiration date, security code, billing address, account identifier, or other details needed to authorize payment.
Naldexa™ generally receives limited transaction information, such as the payment status, payment method type, transaction reference, billing details, and amount paid. We do not need your complete card number or online banking password to provide customer support.
4. Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You authorize Naldexa™ and the applicable payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout.
Your financial institution may place a temporary authorization hold when you submit an order. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge. The bank or payment provider controls when an unused authorization is released.
5. Billing Information
The billing name, address, postal code, and other information entered at checkout should match the records held by your bank or payment provider. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause a transaction to be declined or delayed.
You are responsible for checking your order total and billing information before completing payment.
6. Currency and Conversion Fees
Your order will be charged in the currency displayed at checkout. If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or currency-conversion fee.
Currency-conversion charges imposed by a financial institution are separate from the amount collected by Naldexa™ and are not refundable by us.
7. Taxes, Shipping, and Additional Charges
The final amount due will be shown before you submit payment. Where applicable, it may include product charges, shipping fees, sales tax, value-added tax, discounts, or other amounts disclosed during checkout.
International orders may also be subject to import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier charges that are not collected at checkout. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information.
8. Payment Review and Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and our store, an order may be reviewed for unusual, inconsistent, or potentially unauthorized activity. We may verify the billing information, shipping information, payment status, order quantity, or other transaction details.
We may contact you for additional verification before accepting an order. If the requested information cannot be verified, the order may be delayed, declined, or canceled.
Please do not send a copy of your full payment card, complete bank statement, online banking password, PIN, or one-time security code to Naldexa™.
9. Declined or Failed Payments
A payment may be declined because of insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, an expired card, bank restrictions, authentication failure, transaction limits, or security controls applied by the payment provider.
If payment is unsuccessful:
- Confirm that your billing and payment details are correct;
- Check that your payment method is active and has sufficient funds;
- Complete any verification requested by your bank;
- Contact your financial institution for additional information; or
- Use another payment option displayed at checkout.
For your privacy, banks and payment providers may not disclose the precise reason for a decline to Naldexa™.
10. Duplicate or Pending Charges
Multiple checkout attempts may create temporary pending authorizations. These may appear similar to duplicate charges even when only one payment has been completed.
Review whether each transaction is listed as pending or completed. Pending authorizations are normally released according to the payment provider’s processing schedule.
If two completed charges appear for the same order, contact us with your order number, the charged amounts, and the transaction dates. Do not email your complete card number.
11. Order Confirmation
After a successful checkout, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided with the purchase. Check the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if the order or billing information appears incorrect.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not always constitute final acceptance. Orders remain subject to payment verification, inventory availability, and our Terms of Purchase.
12. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. After we initiate a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
Eligibility, return authorization, inspections, and refund processing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
13. Unauthorized Transactions
If you notice a charge that you do not recognize, contact your bank or payment provider immediately to protect the account and follow its unauthorized-transaction procedure.
You may also contact Naldexa™ at service@naldexa.com. Include the transaction date, amount, and any available order reference, but do not send complete card credentials, passwords, PINs, or verification codes.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about an order, charge, delivery, return, or refund, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first. This allows us to review the transaction and attempt to resolve the issue directly.
If a chargeback or payment dispute has already been opened, refund processing may be paused while the bank or payment provider reviews the claim. We may provide relevant order, delivery, refund, and communication records in response to that review.
15. Protecting Yourself Online
Important Security Reminders

Naldexa™ customer support will not ask you to disclose your online banking password, complete card number, card PIN, or one-time security code by email, telephone, text message, or social media.

17. Privacy
Information connected with payment, fraud review, and order processing is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment providers also process information under their own privacy notices and legal obligations.
18. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping account and payment credentials secure and for providing accurate checkout information. Notify us promptly if you believe your Naldexa™ account has been accessed without authorization.
Nothing on this page limits any payment protection or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
