These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through naldexa.com. They explain the terms that apply when you purchase Naldexa™ beauty devices and related products.

Naldexa™ is operated by Hangzhou Lansidai Network Technology Co., Ltd. References to “Naldexa™,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Hangzhou Lansidai Network Technology Co., Ltd. References to “you” and “your” mean the customer placing the order.

By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms of Purchase, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order.

You may purchase products only for lawful personal or household use. Commercial resale, unauthorized distribution, fraudulent purchasing, and purchases made using false information are prohibited.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, features, instructions, photographs, videos, colors, and prices accurately. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, and ordinary manufacturing variations.

We may update product specifications or presentation when the change does not materially reduce the product’s intended function. If an error materially affects your order, we will contact you or provide an appropriate remedy.

3. Beauty Device Information

Naldexa™ products are intended for cosmetic and personal-care use unless expressly stated otherwise. Product information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Individual experiences may vary according to skin type, sensitivity, technique, frequency of use, skincare routine, and other personal factors. Product images and customer experiences do not guarantee identical or permanent results.

Always read and follow the instructions, warnings, cleaning guidance, and intended-use information supplied with the product.

4. Placing an Order

Your order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart at the price and under the conditions displayed during checkout. After submission, we may send an automated confirmation acknowledging that the order was received.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. Acceptance occurs when we approve the transaction and begin fulfillment or dispatch the order.

5. Order Review and Verification

We may review an order before acceptance to verify payment, billing information, shipping details, product availability, purchase quantity, or potential fraud.

We may request additional information from you. If requested information is not provided within a reasonable period, the order may be delayed or canceled.

6. Right to Decline or Cancel an Order

Where permitted by law, we may decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• A product is unavailable or incorrectly listed;
• Payment cannot be authorized or verified;
• Pricing, discount, or product information contains a material error;
• The shipping address is incomplete or unsupported;
• The order appears fraudulent, abusive, or intended for unauthorized resale;
• Purchase limits have been exceeded; or
• Fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

7. Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. Prices may change without prior notice, but a price change will not normally affect an order already accepted.

The final checkout total may include shipping charges, sales tax, value-added tax, duties, or other fees where applicable. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

8. Pricing and Listing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect information, we may correct the error and contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order.

We will not charge a corrected higher price without your authorization. If an affected order is canceled after payment, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.

9. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information, you confirm that the details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout.

Payment may be subject to authorization, fraud screening, and security checks performed by payment providers or financial institutions. Naldexa™ is not responsible for a payment provider declining or delaying a transaction.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to eligibility requirements, usage limits, minimum order values, excluded products, and expiration dates. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

We may reject or cancel a promotion obtained through unauthorized, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.

11. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we may contact you about an alternative or cancel the affected item and issue the applicable refund.

12. Order Processing and Shipping

Processing times, estimated delivery periods, available destinations, tracking procedures, customs information, and carrier-related conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed at checkout. Delays may occur because of customs, severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, high order volume, address errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment, unit, building, postal code, and telephone information required for delivery.

Contact service@naldexa.com immediately if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.

14. Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs review, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

15. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Responsibility for loss or damage transfers in accordance with applicable law and the carrier’s delivery records. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact customer support so we can review the shipment and assist with the available carrier process.

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, check all delivery areas, contact household members or building staff, and contact the carrier before submitting a claim to Naldexa™.

16. Inspection After Delivery

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the product, shipping package, and delivery label. Keep all items and packaging until our review is complete.

17. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, hygiene restrictions, return authorization, shipping costs, inspections, and refund processing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because beauty devices may directly contact the skin, face, scalp, or hair, opened or used products may be ineligible for a change-of-mind return for health and hygiene reasons. This does not limit non-waivable rights relating to damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.

18. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted immediately. We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfillment begins.

If an order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

19. Product Use and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for using, charging, cleaning, storing, and maintaining each product in accordance with its instructions and warnings. Do not use a product for an unintended purpose or continue using a product that appears damaged or operates abnormally.

If you have a medical condition, active skin condition, unusual sensitivity, implanted electronic device, or another concern that may affect suitability, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.

20. Product Warranty and Statutory Rights

Any product-specific warranty will be limited to the terms expressly provided with that product or on its product page. Damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, unauthorized modification, improper cleaning, failure to follow instructions, or ordinary wear is not treated as a manufacturing defect.

Nothing in these Terms of Purchase excludes or restricts warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Unauthorized Resale

Products purchased from naldexa.com are intended for personal or household use. You may not purchase products for unauthorized resale, export, marketplace distribution, or other commercial activity without our prior written approval.

We may limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to involve unauthorized resale.

22. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or an order has not been properly resolved, contact us first at service@naldexa.com. This gives our team an opportunity to review order records, tracking, and previous communications.

Refund processing may be paused while an active chargeback or payment dispute is being reviewed by the payment provider.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naldexa™ and Hangzhou Lansidai Network Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from a purchase or product use.

This limitation does not apply to liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

24. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, transportation interruptions, customs action, government restrictions, labor disruptions, carrier failures, power outages, or network failures.

25. Governing Terms

These Terms of Purchase should be read together with the other policies published on naldexa.com. If a product-specific offer contains additional written terms, those terms apply to that offer.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections available under the laws applicable to your purchase.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Purchase to reflect changes to our products, payment methods, fulfillment operations, or legal obligations. The terms in effect when your order is submitted will generally govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
